Kim Bap

Roll up some omelette, pickled radish, fish cakes, spam, shredded burdock root,
shredded carrots, blanched spinach & rice in seaweed sheets.

Some of us like thick slices, some like thinner slices...

My sisters and I were talking about the delicious kim bap we had in Korea
so sunday, we made some.
Kim means seaweed and bap is rice.
Ajuma (older ladies/aunties) in Korea can make kim bap in lightning speed.

Hey oh... our kim bap are pretty good ☺
