All these ingredients + a chinese pear

My elder sister had a korean roommate for 4 years when she studied in China.
Her korean roommate taught her how to make kimchi.
It's pretty easy to make but it takes loads of time to julienne and diced all the vegetables.
Homemade kimchi tastes better than store bought ones 
and more economic too!
