Soy Bean Snack

Jollibean is one of the chain stores that sell soybean drinks and pancakes.
We grew up drinking soy milk more than cow's milk so it's one of our favorite drinks.
These chinese pancakes are not like american pancakes.
They are thicker and chewier,
and traditionally come in peanut or red bean paste.
I don't think my sisters and I ever bought a red bean paste one.
We are peanut pancake aficionados.
 

Hardware Store Cafe

I met up with my friend, C.T. the other day.
C.T. brought me to a new cafe that is in an industrial area.
It's a cafe converted from a hardware store and maintains the former store front and name.
I don't fancy hanging out in cafes drinking special blend coffees or teas.
I'm more a food person.
It's good to check it out anyway.
